Most of us have had that moment: we eat something that seems harmless, go about our day, and then, hours or even days later our gut, mood, energy, or sleep suddenly falls apart. The problem is that our bodies are constantly giving us signals… but they’re not always easy to interpret.

At Quellios, we believe understanding those signals shouldn’t require guesswork, food fear, restrictive tracking, or waiting for a flare-up to surprise you. So we built something new.

Quellios is a wellness platform designed to help you understand your body’s inflammatory response to food – especially the subtle, delayed reactions that show up as digestive issues, bloating, fatigue, mood swings, brain fog, or a sudden drop in performance.

Quellios was built to solve a problem people feel every day: food-triggered inflammation that’s hard to understand, diagnose, or control. The mix of unmet clinical need and constant user frustration is what pushed us to create a better way, using just a smartphone scan to detect early signs of inflammation and help people pinpoint the meals that are triggering their symptoms.

Our first product is the Quellios app, powered by our patent-pending Snap & Sense™ technology. The idea is simple: you snap a photo of your food, the Quellios™ app breaks it into macro- and micro-nutrient components. It also provides a Dietary Inflammation Index, or DII, score for the meal. The DII is a simple score that shows how likely the foods you eat are to trigger inflammation in your gut and cause symptoms like bloating, discomfort, or flare ups.

When prompted, you place your fingertip on your smartphone camera for a sense session. The app records a short video under multiple wavelengths of light. Those wavelengths let the app track subtle vascular and tissue changes that, through our patent-pending techniques, correlate with key inflammation biomarkers.

Our approach looks at multiple physiological patterns, captured non-invasively, to estimate how your system reacts.

From your first use, we provide insights on the food you’re eating and how your body responds to it. These insights get smarter over time. After a few meals, the app begins identifying:

  • Which foods you tolerate well
  • Which foods tend to cause flare-ups
  • How stress, sleep, or activity change your responses
  • Patterns linking meals to symptoms to give you insight into when symptoms may surface and how to reduce or avoid them
  • Personalized meal ideas and simple food swaps tailored to your patterns

No wearables.
No blood draws.
No complicated logging.
Just a snap, a sense, and genuinely helpful insights over time.

Inflammation is one of the most misunderstood forces affecting human health. It’s involved in everything from digestive disorders to metabolic health, cardiovascular disease, auto-immune disorders, recovery, immunity, stress, skin health, and long-term chronic disease. But it doesn’t always hurt. And it doesn’t always happen right away.

For many people, the most disruptive symptoms: gas, bloating, diarrhea, constipation, stomach tightness, random fatigue, irritability – don’t appear immediately after eating. They can surface hours or even days later, making it nearly impossible to connect the dots. And it’s rarely just one food. Often it’s combinations of foods, or even the mix of food and exercise timing, that set things off – which makes figuring it out even more frustrating.

And for others, especially those developing atherosclerosis, there may be no symptoms at all. Meanwhile, inflammation triggered by everyday foods keeps damaging the body silently until it culminates in a heart attack or stroke. If we could identify which foods are driving that process early on, we’d have a real chance to intervene and extend health-span.

We built Quellios to connect the dots.

Our founding team has decades of experience in non-invasive sensing, physiology, and biometric technology including pioneering the sensor technology used in over 100 million wearable devices worldwide. After spending years developing advanced techniques to non-invasively measure physiological biomarkers like heart rate, blood pressure, and other metrics, we turned our attention to one of the toughest challenges in health: making inflammation measurable, understandable, and actionable in everyday life.

We built Quellios for two groups who desperately need better tools but are underserved today:

Relief Seekers

People dealing with digestive issues, inconsistent symptoms, or suspected food triggers.
If you’ve ever said…
“I can’t tell what’s causing my symptoms,”
Quellios is built for you.

Clean Fuelers

Athletes, biohackers, high performers, and anyone who wants to reduce inflammation, optimize recovery and longevity, and feel better day to day.

Both groups struggle with the same problem:
Inflammation is invisible – the real silent killer of health and performance – and often delayed.

Quellios makes it visible and trackable.

  • Mild digestive issues
  • Post-meal fatigue
  • Mood fluctuations
  • Poor exercise recovery
  • Sleep changes
  • Brain fog
  • Inflamed joints (arthritis)

These are the moments when your body is whispering not shouting. Quellios helps you hear those whispers, so you can adjust before symptoms become disruptive.

We’re launching Quellios in phases, starting with our early community. Over the coming months, we’ll be rolling out:

  • The Quellios app (Alpha, Beta, and full release)
  • Deep AI insights
  • Symptom prediction and prevention
  • Personalized food recommendations
  • Long-term inflammation trend analysis
  • Clinical collaborations for validation

This is just the beginning, and we’re incredibly excited to share it with you.

If you want to learn how your body responds to the foods you eat, using personalized physiological signals rather than assumptions or generic nutrition advice, Quellios is for you. Our vision is a world where people can better understand and manage inflammation and digestive wellness through individualized insight.

You can join our waitlist on the website, follow along for updates, and be among the first to try Snap & Sense.

Your body has a lot to say.

We’re here to help you listen.
